on a bicycle to get quart grip, Twist, Shift, I need a derailuer SRAM rear?
I want to change my shifters to switch devices, or "change" twist. And I read somewhere that you need a SRAM rear derailluer for quart adhesion. But my friend, is a great bike mechanic, and he told me that you no longer need a SRAM rear derailluer quart to get traction. Is this true?
It depends on the model of the controller. Some will work with Shimano derailleurs while others only work with SRAM derailleurs. In case of doubt, you have to try it and see what happens or just go ahead and buy the corresponding "derailleur too.
