Nike Dri
The way golf has certainly evolved over the years has not? I mean the jackets of the era of Bobby Jones, the 1970 (say no more) and those awful stiff collared shirts 80s. But now … We have Under Armor, Nike Dri-Fit or Adidas Climacool, among many others that we care hair cooler, and allow us to swing more freely than ever. Clothes are not a fashion more … they are equipment.
This article is rotated around the oldest golf clothes, or dress in your best golf equipment reliable. I'll take your suit jacket and turn it into a training aid to help you to improve your long game and short game.
What is the number one complaint we have when we put on a costume?
- It is too restrictive.
- I can not move.
What's the first thing you hear on television and in golf magazines to a consistent golf swing?
- You must stay in contact.
- Your arms must stay connected your body.
Well what does that mean … stay connected? This simply means that your arms will not outrace your body. Another way of thinking is that we do not let air in our armpits. This is very difficult to feel unless you work on it in a drilling. So the irony is that a restrictive dress your game will keep you connected.
There are many different exercises out there that you will this sentiment. However, I would advise that you can work on the comfort of your home or office. This way you can practice all day, even if you do not have time to go to the beach.
This exercise is so simple, as it is to get an idea of how your arms should remain with your body.
- Put on your jacket.
- Take your position golf.

- Make your slow and stop when your right arm is parallel to the floor of your monitor.
- Repeat as many times as you want.
The reason for this exercise helps get the right feeling is that we do not want our hands to get away from our body. If they do not work together and it is much more difficult to great timing. Super Timing is very important for any player trying to have a consistent golf swing.
It also helps your short game, for staying connected is very important when you play pitching. Your costume will not let your arms move away from your body, making easier on your arm and body to travel the same speed. It makes a huge difference in the sharpness of your locations.
